Mr. Mordarski has served as counsel regarding electronic discovery issues for some of the nation’s largest companies.  He works with the companies’ legal staffs, engineers, business executives and technology personnel to prepare appropriate discovery responses, respond to motions to compel and proactively prepare the companies to properly and appropriately comply with its electronic discovery obligations.
