Mr. Mordarski has represented national and multinational financial institutions on a variety of litigation matters including matters relating to the Truth In Lending Act; Fair Credit Reporting Act; Fair Debt Collection Practices Act; credit card and traveler check issues; Uniform Commercial Code issues; bogus arbitration debt elimination scams; Regulation Z; commercial contracts and general financial commercial litigation.  He also has helped large financial clients respond to government document requests and subpoenas.
