Mr. Mordarski has helped defend large, multi-office law firms as well as sole practitioners against legal malpractice claims and has sued lawyers and law firms for legal malpractice.  The substantive allegations have ranged from complex securities, insurance and tax issues, to basic personal injury and statute of limitations claims.
