Mr. Mordarski’s first case out of law school was an automotive product liability case.  In his career, he has obtained numerous jury verdicts in state and federal courts involving automobile product liability claims.  He also has defended a number of product liability cases involving other types of products, from remote locomotive controllers to industrial farm equipment. Mr. Mordarski also has represented plaintiffs who were severely injured by defective products.
